At my initial inspection the lady at the front desk Rose was very nasty to me. She insisted that Silver Rock should have emailed her prior to me showing up to inform her of what they would be inspecting and that Silver Rock keeps sending clients without emailing them. (Which I can understand being frustrated if she keeps having the same problem with the company but I am confused as to why she had to be rude towards me) So I show her the email and inform her that Silver Rock instructed me to show the email they sent me upon my arrival. She would not accept it and continued to be snarky and non helpful. So I had to end up calling Silver Rock myself and giving them her email so they could forward the email to her. I feel as a person working in customer service she should have done that instead of having me be the go between person. Lastly she refused to have the inspection done claiming there was no one a available because Silver Rock hadn’t emailed her but I had made an appointment so I know there was someone available and Silver Rock emailed her before I even left the building. So she had the email, I had an appointment and she still refused me causing me to make a 2 hour round trip for no reason.

My experience with Gerber was excellent from start to finish. It was really great to work with Courtney. She kept me informed on the status of my car. The work was done great and in a timely manner. Also my car hasn’t been that clean since I bought it.I will definitely be back to Gerber it I need anything else one on my car. Excellent job..👍👍👍
