The crew did an excellent job on my car. Due to understandably challenging circumstances it did take ~5 weeks to repair vs. the 2 weeks original estimate. Appreciate the cost of employee redundancy in a small business, but in this case passed on that cost and inconvenience to a customer. Everyone that I spoke to was apologetic, and tried to come up with solutions to minimize the impact. Unfortunately, would have been an extra layer of complexity with my work travel that would have required considerable effort on my side.
