Yes - Nick was Fabulous and gave me a lot of information about how our insurance works. The place is so amazing I tried to get a job but there is no turn over. We are repeat customers and will always have them as our go to place. The office manager lady was the same person as last time and we love her too. It was a great experience and we have no complaints and will recommend- although no one wants to have to have collisions- but it happens. They worked so well with State Farm and their relationship with Enterprise it made the process easy. We really appreciated all the text updates on our vehicle each time we used your company. 10 stars!

This is the 3rd time I have taken the survey. I have also been called about whether or not I am happy with the service. I am very happy with the service. I am happy with the people I worked with and the communication throughout the process with them and via text messages. I am not happy continually being requested to fill out surveys - text, calls and emails. Once is fine. Multiple times when I already did is starting to frustrate me.
