Paint peeling and missing, runs in the paint, new damage to my hood, etc. I’ve already contacted my adjuster and we will be up there again on Monday.

As of right now, I would not recommend Gerber to anyone. This whole process has been drug out over sloppy/rushed/lazy work and I’m already out my deductible for a repair that isn’t right and I don’t have a rental to drive anymore because of how long this has taken and it’s taking me and my mom both planning our whole days/weeks around to figure out getting me back and forth to look at the car for it not to be ready.

I have brought my vehicle back FOUR times to be correctly fixed because each time I pick it up and/or come up to the shop to look at it thinking it’s ready, something is still not fixed or something new has been messed up. The passenger side mirror was marked as being replaced on the bill even though nothing was wrong with it until AFTER you guys replaced it (new scratches), new scratches on the hood as though it had been laid against something and the main scratch we pointed out was buffed out but not ALL of the scratches were fixed, the bumper was not put on correctly at first to where the headlights looked lose - this has been fixed, runs and orange peel in the paint - this has been fixed, paint peeling on the bumper - this has been fixed, pinstriping doesn’t match on both sides (one being the side ‘fixed’ and one being the original) and when they ‘fixed’ it the third time they scratched the paint taking it off and now the pinstriping is lose on the edge and it’s still not correct, seal on window lose from where the fender was taken off to be painted - this is now fixed, windshield washer reservoir replaced but no windshield washer fluid put in it so I don’t even know if it works and it was JUST filled before you guys got it. The manager has been working with us to get it 100% but we’ve tried three times TODAY and it’s STILL not right even after getting the manager involved?! I’m not sure who does quality checks before sending vehicles back to their owners, but they need to do a better job OR the manger needs to do a better job of looking over vehicles before sending them back to an **already upset** customer claiming it’s right!

They were very good to work with. As soon as I came in and dropped my car off they called Enterprise and that company brought my rental car. They also did a great job on my car and cleaned my car inside and out.
