After the first job they did on my truck I did recommend them to a relative but after this job I will not be returning and I’ll be making sure they do not go there as well

They did great last time with my truck customer service was not as good at all they did not clean my car at all it’s disgusting covered in greasy hand prints there looks to be overspray and there’s trash in the paint on the bumper there’s a gap in the bumper and the headlights there’s a new spot in the paint where something has hit it and knocked the paint off right beside the bumper

Have had my cars repaired by Gerber at least 3 times and each time the communication was excellent, staff were professional and kind, and my car came out looking brand new plus the paint has lasted! The paint lasting is important because I’ve had work done before knowing about Gerber by another company and the paint started peeling months later.
