They are very nice, helpful and have a nice inviting atmosphere.. This is actually my second vehicle they have fixed for me and so I was concerned with different insurance we might not get to use them but we did and I’m very happy about that!! I will always send anyone needing repairs to Gerber!!

They make the process a lot more painless that it has to be and I would use them if I had any other issues because this is our second vehicle they have repaired ..We had our Honda accord repaired here in March of 2018 and it was almost a total loss but they are apparently good at what they do because we would have had to lose the vehicle and pay it off, so that saved our livelihood at the time it was our only vehicle

Everyone (especially Kelly) went beyond our expectations. They helped with our rental car and dealt with our insurance company. I have never dealt with a company that has the exceptional employees that you have in Anniston. They deserve the recognition. We will definitely recommend them to anyone that needs these services.
