I was impressed with how the car looked after. I've had experiences prior with paint not matching and sub standard replacement parts. I didn't see any of that. Car looks like it came from the dealer.

My complaint here is I never saw the same person twice. I was new to this process with my insurance and had to ask a lot of the same questions. And the person that processed my payment barely spoke to me, kinda rude considering I had questions.
