Wes was great but when I am told my car Grille Shutter has been replaced and I know it is not- it is just not a way to do trustworthy business.

Repair Quality

The bumper looks great. The Grill Shutter that was supposed to be replaced the 1st time was not. Taken back the second time- it was fixed in less than 2 hours. I took pictures of the “new Grill Shutter.” That has rust and antifreeze stains on it. Not new- no where close.

Wes and Stacy are great. The other one just wants to continue talking so that you can not say anything.

Maybe if I was using Gerber in my home town of Nashville, TN then I might recommend. Because I was having to schedule time to be in another city 6 hrs away, I was frustrated not being able to actually discuss my car’s status.

I was frustrated not hearing from Gerber as the estimated completion date was nearing. When I called, I had to leave messages and got no response. It is my understanding that initially Brandon was my contact and I learned on my pick up date that he was no longer with the company.
