The results of the fender repair were great! Doug was polite, professional and kind. Once the fender was ordered and painted, it only took one morning to take off the damaged fender and replace it with the new one.

We had an initial date for the service of the car. They were able to get us in a few days sooner which was a tremendous help. I know it’s not always feasible, but we were very thankful to be able to do so. We got updates via text at every stage the car went through, (Thanks Doug you are awesome) from being disassembled, to the paint and finish stage. This gave us a timeline that was accurate and precise for completion. Again I know sometimes factors arise that can change that, but for our case, the car was completed and ready on the quoted date. At pick up Doug went over everything that was changed out and gave us extra information regarding those parts. My car came back looking better than when we bought it. Everything was above and beyond what we hoped and would 10/10 recommend this business due to their customer service, timely analysis, and quality of work.
