The entire experience was great from beginning to end. Everyone went above and beyond. Even waiting a few extra minutes for me to pick up my car. I always love how clean and fresh my car smells when the job is completed. I will use and recommend Gerber whenever possible!

Excellent job! Everyone was so accommodating and respectful. They explained what they were going to do and how long if would take. They finished before the estimated time frame for which I was grateful. Once I picked it up, they explained everything they did. I will gladly do business the Gerber again if needed.

NOT SATISFIED AT ALL. MY CAR WAS RELEASED TO ME WITH SEVERAL MAINTENANCE ISSUES THAT DID NOT EXIST BEFORE TAKING MY CAR TO GERBER. YOU FORGOT TO TOW ME, HAD MY CAR FOR OVER A WEEK, RETURNED IT IN INOPERABLE CONDITION, AND NOW REFUSE TO CALL ME BACK TO APPRISE ME OF THE RESULTS OF THE DIAGNOSTIC. I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED SUCH DEPLORABLE TREATMENT FROM AN AUTO SHOP EVER, AND REST ASSURED I WILL AVOID TAKING MY CAR TO GERBER FOR AS MUCH AS A WINDOW NICK IN THE FUTURE, AND I WILL TELL ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN THE SAME. THANKS FOR SCREWING MY CHRISTMAS.
