Lynn and the team at the New York Street location are just wonderful. Caring, sympathetic, and kind. They take care of all the paperwork from insurance companies, and reassure the customer that there is nothing to worry about. I've been there three times in the last ten years and it's always the same caliber of customer service - outstanding!

Lynn is an absolute darling! I'm on crutches and in a brace from hip to toes. She opened doors, walked with me to my car, made sure the seat was all the way back, and was cheerful the whole time. She's fun, she's helpful, and totally efficient in working with insurance. One of the best I have ever worked with; she's a model of what customer service is all about!
