I appreciate the customer service, but if my car is going to be dirtier than when I brought it in, and have more damage due to the repair process, I'd rather deal with a rude but competent repair shop

A representative from Gerber Collision and Glass called me shortly after I filed my claim. I was able to make an appointment to drop my car off the very next day. They did a beautiful job on my car and I was able to get it back within a surprisingly short period of time. The job they did on my car is impeccable!
