I showed up to pickup my car today. Paid my deductible and drove the car for five minutes before I noticed the entire front undercarriage dragging on the ground, completely unhinged and there was damage to my front bumper

Brought car in for damage to the trunk! My front bumper was damaged and undercarriage while being repaired at this shop. Now my seatbelt in the backseat doesn’t work! Absolutely horrible shop! If I could give a rating less than 1 I would. There’s no way my seat belt shouldn’t work after I leave your shop

Service and speed were great. When I thought there might be dirt under the top coat, my agent had me bring it by and was able to clean off some grease in less than 2 minutes. He also encouraged me to contact me again if I found anything else.

You did shotty work! Do you test your repairs at all? Had my vehicle since July 7th and as soon as I drive off the lot constant vibration in my pedal, vibration in my stirring wheel at all speeds, then when I go past 40 mph I got the vibration in my pedal, vibration in my stirring wheel, then my dash board is bouncing like popcorn!! This is a joke right I'm being punked right?!
