Headliner is filthy from where the team handled it getting it down and replacing it, the headliner will have to be professionally detailed to clean up to pre gerber condition.

The front office lady is amazing. I felt as if I was bugging the estimator when asking questions about a hail ding that messed up my clear coat and had it peeling but could just be me and I know he is a busy person
