In all honesty I saw a chip on my driver's door which is the same side the repairs was done except the repair was to the passenger door. Also NO one came out to inspect my car w/me. However I have never had this to happen to me. I thought that it was unprofessional. Therefore I suspect this matter will be resolved as I did leave the front desk clerk a text today. Besides that there was a older gentleman in the lobby when I came in, speaking w/a lady and employees therefore I suspect he knew that. I thought it was a piece of dirt because I did not pass my hand on the spot and I am not one to make waves but my driver door did not have no chips, smudges, or spotted paint drop. Will someone at Gerber take full responsibility for this error...Cordially Customer J

I would choose Gerber again, and would refer anyone to you in the future. The repair was beyond my expectations. The car was obviously complementarily detailed. Repair status to me was kept up to date. Everyone was very pleasant, and I never felt rushed, even with my unending questions. Thank you so much for a very positive experience!
