I was told the vehicle would be ready Wednesday, then Thursday but only after I called to say I was coming to pick it up after work. They forgot to call me. Then On thursday after making arrangements to come pick it up it was delayed till Friday. It is inconveinient to reschedule on short notice espeacially when children have activities. Finally the text messages. As most people know tests to phone does not mean instant receipt like a phone call. Texts can be delayed up to 24 hours depending on the availability of tower band width and if the receiver is in a serviced area. Text and forget maybe conveinient for the company but lacks a true customer service aspect. Although the work was done well the delays are most disturbing to me.

I have been to Gerber about 3 times in the last 6 months, and every time I'm there they always do an amazing job. Plus Kelly and deb are so polite and helpful. I wouldn't go to any other place for my Repairs
