With respect to the repair, I give the company a "10". With respect to paying for the repair, I give the company a "0". I had cash to use and was told the company doesn't accept cash. Well, I was dropped off, so I have no ride. I was told I could use a business check, bank check, credit or debit card, neither of which I have. Your company is in violation of the US Commerce Act by refusing cash. It is disgraceful that you put a customer through this. One of your employees actually used his personal credit card to pay my bill and I handed him the cash. He should be commended for going above and beyond to satisfy a customer that COOPERATE couldn't satisfy. I also called customer service and was told the same thing. I will not be using your company again, and will pass my distaste through my social network.
