From the moment I stepped into the office and introduced myself as I expressed my needs it was a genuine and pleasant experience. The staff was friendly, helpful and professional. Especially Stephanie, her smile will add warmth to any room. From start to finish my experience with Gerber was one I’ve never experienced with any other shop. They even called car the rental company and had a car at my fingertips in less than 15 minutes. I am beyond impressed!!!! I highly recommend Gerber.

My experience with Gerber was the best I’ve ever experienced with an Auto shop. Gerber is much more than an auto shop. They treated me and my vehicle with care and professional courtesy. The staff was the best!!! It was the easiest transition I’ve ever experienced. From day 1 to pick up I was totally pleased. I love the way they arranged to have a rental pick me up when I dropped off my car. Every few days I was sent updates and when my car was ready they made arrangements to have my rental picked up from their shop. I can’t say enough good things about Gerber and the staff. I highly recommend Gerber and they did an awesome job on my car, it looked brand new!!
