I got the manager's word that my car would be done in 4 days. 2 1/2 weeks later they were still waiting on parts for something I didn't even need. They didn't even give me a loaner car until day 5 of my car being there. When I finally got my car back, my rear quarter window looked like it was hastily put back in. That window was perfect before I brought my car in, so I was absolutely perplexed why they removed it for the paint job.
