No issues with the actual repair work that was done but it was a little concerning that over 200 miles were put on our vehicle while in the repair shop. Can someone explain why? I basically had to take it straight to the gas station to fill up as the tank was on E when we picked it up....

Due to how the issue was handled with the additional repair, I would not return or recommend Gerber to friends.

Required repairs included replacing the bumper and realigning the tailgate. The bumper was replaced, apparently in good condition but the tailgate now will not stay open. That was not an issue prior to Gerber doing work on it. When I called to discuss, they claimed it must be a coincidence that it broke while they worked on the car and that even though they worked on the door, they had nothing to do with it and told me to go to an auto parts store to fix it.
