Front desk (administrative assistant/secretary) was very friendly and helpful. However, her competence and cheerful attitude were overshadowed by the delays in prompt service. A simple cosmetic repair took far too long, especially with an estimated repair time of a mere 5 to 8 hours. I had to rent a vehicle for 16 days waitimg for a simple repair. The express service was only convenient for Gerber and cost me a lot of up front/out-of-pocket vehicle rental fees. Parts were not even arriving to complete my van repair till after 2 weeks sitting at the shop. With such slow service, and what feels like intentional delay to increase vehicle rental days with your affiliated Enterprise business connection, I would likely never use nor recommend this service in the future. Your one win is your front desk customer service, but it can't undo the actual lengthy vehicle service delays.

Customer service from front desk receptionist/booking secretary was friendly and helpful. I had almost no interaction with any of the vehicle technicians, other than to know work was massively delayed on my repair.
