My truck was returned to me out of alignment. I was told it’s because the ball joints had gone bad but they couldn’t tell if it was from before the accident or not. I feel that I got shafted on this as Gerber works hand in hand with my insurance company. There wasn’t any prior damage to my vehicle. The technicians also put a different tire on my truck than the new ones that were already on the truck. At this point I can not recommend Gerber to anyone moving forward and I will not use this body shop again unless they make it right.
