I would rate them a 10 if someone had taken the time to vacuum the paint dust out of the back of my vehicle. I don't understand why returning the car dirtier than it was before the repair is acceptable. They washed the outside of the car, which is great, but it would have taken 2 minutes to vacuum out the cargo area.

I’m please to have receiving my car back in good shape and sparkling clean. Peter was very attentive and detail oriented that he kept me informed every stage what had been done with the car. The only thing I think can be improved is that I didn’t get a reminder the day before I needed to take the car in. Otherwise everything else was great.

I think this was one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had in my life. Peter was incredibly friendly and personable. He was very honest and chose options that were smart, reasonable, and the most cost effective. He really seemed to understand the balance between wanting the best for my car and my finances. I really appreciate that updates are scheduled into their week and that they use multiple modes of communication. The work performed on my car was top notch. The color match on my car was tricky, but they nailed it. I would recommend them to everyone!
