My car was there for a very long time. They sent my insurance the estimate and they sent a check and then itsounded like things were on track and then it took 2 more weeks than the expected date because they did a tear down and needed more repairs done and my adjuster took a couple days to get back with them before they could continue. It was 18000 in repairs which seemed extreme. I had a rental car for 20 days and it was great that enterprise works with Gerber to drop off and pick up for customers, but then I had to use my husbands truck for the remainder couple of weeks. I picked up my car and took it back as a couple things were not in place correctly. They fixed it at that time and things have been good since.

Lots of excuses were given when I asked why it took so long as it said 40 hours were spent working on it but it was in the shop about 160 business hours. I understand thy had to wait on parts and my adjuster took get back to them. Overall, customer service was good.

What a fantastic operation! Not only did I receive frequent updates on where they were at with my car, but they did a fantastic job. The process was seamless, the car looks better than new and I cannot say enough about the customer service. Just good people doing a great job. Thank you so much for making what I thought was going to be a nightmare insurance claim into something I barely had to think about.
