I will advise against visiting this establishment nor will I bring any of my vehicles back to any Gerber in the future.

Poor craftsmanship and customer service, as well as damage incurred during Remove/Install of my left headlight clearly pictured intact the day before my drop off. Dirt specs throughout, panel gaps, trim badges not replaced, door handle sensors not working and the broken headlight housing. Also waited 3 weeks when quoted 5 days.

Upon dropoff of my vehicle the adjuster did not do a walk around. Which could have saved time as the Geico adjuster originally had everything mistakenly written for the right side of the vehicle. Upon picking my vehicle up the badges were missing and was told the paint had to cure before they could be reinstalled. There was also a spot on the hood, the representative first argued that it was prior before getting it to come off with liquid and towel. I.e excess wax or compound? Finally after receiving my vehicle I noticed some vibration from my left headlight. I realized the headlight housing was broken during remove/install as I have pictures of the entire vehicle time stamped the day before my dropoff. Clearly showing the bracket intact and it is not now. When I brought this issue to light a representative said that it was previously damaged and has not yet provided any resolution.
