I brought my vehicle in for a bumper repair paid by Silverrock. I then had a self pay portion to buff the entire vehicle in addition to the Silverrock claim. There seemed to be some confusion on this so I confirmed twice that the self pay portion was in fact completed before I drove 40 min to come pick up the car. The only thing completed was the bumper. The rest of the car was not touched. I was not charged, but I’m extremely frustrated that I was told twice that the self pay portion was completed when it was not. It was a waste of my time to come get my vehicle when it wasn’t even done. I was offered to come back when the GM was back at the location but honestly I did not want to come back or leave my vehicle again because I don’t trust that the service would have been completed.

Professional and communicated well during the process. The mfg didn’t have a part that caused a delay but Gerber suggested I open a case with the Mfg and it helped

I went to your Brownsburg, IN location. Megan, the office receptionist and organizer was terrific. If I were running this location, I would make sure that Megan stays happy because she is the face of this location and she was aware of all the goings on.

I recently moved and the first week after moving I was in a car accident. I went to Gerber Collisions because of their reviews. The employees at Gerber are just amazing. They assured me everything would be done in a timely manner. After receiving my car back I was amazed at the job they did. Besides the incredible paint and body work they did. They also detailed the inside of my car which was incredibly dirty from my kids. It looked brand new on the inside and outside. I can’t thank them enough for the hospitality they showed me!

Paint ripples, and fisheyes. Took forever to get my car back because of your guys mistake. Will go with caliber collisions going forward will never use you guys again. Worst experience. And I can’t find my car keys you guys said they’d be on the floor board and there no where to be found. Car starts so they’re hidden in here somewhere. Just overall terrible experience.
