I will recommend even though I will tell them that they have to stay on top of the process to make sure appointments are booked and to not let the demeanor of the front office lady affect their decision because the work itself was top tier, and the communication beyond her was on point.

I am going to rate this a 10 because I know the importance of the ratings and because from the estimator on the experience was good. But the front office girl is just terrible. I’ve been in 4 times and have not had one positive experience. She is unfriendly and unprofessional. She acts like an employee who is just there to get a check and isn’t really happy in her job. I do t really have any other way to let y’all know about this issue but I’m not that picky on customer service and I know everyone has bad days, but my experience with her was very negative.
