Need to clean up vehicle before customer picks it up and check it over better. Inside cab was in a mess where body shop dust got in it while windshield out and had scratch on newly painted hood..Had to take back and get it buffed out. Cleaned inside cab myself. Business next door had cut grass and got all over back of my truck and I had to show it to them after they brought around for me to accept..Need better quality control.

Quality control needs to be worked on. When I went to pick up truck, they briught it around for me to accept and the back of the truck had cut grass blowed all over tail gate, rear bumper, etc., really bad. Dash was really bad where dust from shop got inside while windshield was out, no attempt to clean up. I had a Drs. appointment to go to and running late so I cleaned inside myself. Then after looking over better, found scratch on newly painted hood. Had to take back to get buffed out.

Justin was outstanding he goes beyond the call of his duty ,he made sure I was "HAPPY"! Herb was also outstanding ,the car was ready in a timely manner. I think you guys can do a better job with thoroughly cleaning the car where repair people dirty the vehicles and start giving an EXCELLENT car vacuum and washing details, I know it will increase your sales and recommendations. I am a very enthusiastic person and expected more smiling faces too! I know quite a bit @ customer service because this is a part of my career and my entire life ! Just to make someone "SMILE"! Thank You All !I be sending you customers , you never can have enough, Ok !

I am very dissatisfied with the work done ay Gerber. Not only was the work poor, they were unprofessional. My car was left out in the sun n now there is baked on paint compound, there is sand n craters in the paint where they neglected to clean the car before painting it. there is also overspray n areas where they tried to remove the compound but couldnt. Very poor quality of work. and I will never refer to Gerber. They dont own up to there mistakes. told me this was house paint. Repeatedly told me theyy was getting my car ready. but it was out back in the sun getting more baked on paint compound
