They did an amazing job on my car. I was rear-ended, and aside from th doing an amazing job on my trunk and bumpers, they are doing everything they can to find a replacement part for my outdated gps which is located in the rear of the car and was damaged as well. I'd actually give them a 12 if I could!

There were a couple of spots in the paint job that looked like there must have been small particles of dirt under the paint. Very minor, and I had to look very closely to see them.

The original estimate was 5 days. It took 2 full weeks to get my car back. I understand delays and ensuring the job is completed properly, but the more aggravating part was that I was told for 4 days "it will be ready tomorrow."
