All staff members were great, Kelly Strange was willing to work with me when I couldn’t come in to sign paperwork and Randy completely removed all fear and frustration I had surrounding an insurance nightmare, explained everything clearly, and helped to coordinate everything from repairs, to returning a rental car, to making sure I was comfortable driving off the lot. I hope I never need collision repair again, but if I do, I know where to go and who to call! Thank you!!
