Their repair work was a 10, but they notified Travelers Insurance that I would be making an insurance claim without my approval or permission and before giving me an estimate of the final cost. I did not use insurance.

The service was wonderful (customer service means a lot to me)! They took care of me and my jeep. I honestly didn't think it would be the same and I was right because my jeep looks so much better than it did originally and it rides better to me. You cannot tell my baby had any damage to him at all I MEAN NONE AT ALL! I recommend Gerber collision to everyone! Thank you all so much!!!
