I could not be more pleased with Gerber than I am now. They explained what they were going to do and kept me informed each step. They dealt with the other person's insurance company directly and kept me informed about that also. When my car was ready, we walked all around and they made it look like it was coming out of the showroom. The office staff is very professional and personable. Front staff was friendly when I dropped my SUV off to be repaired. When I picked up, staff informed me not to wash the car in car washes or wax it for 30 days, so I was appreciative of the information.
