For the last 3 days it has rained in my truck from the liftgate area and the rubber weather strip that I had to wait for isn't the proper size so it isn't smooth all the way around as it was when it came in. I have to wait for them the little rubber bumpers that support the litigate glass to come in because they only put one on the right hand side which their were two prior that I had just put on. This isn't my first experience with parts or screws missing and original equipment bringing replace with something other than what should be there. I gave it a shot as a person who does this work and knows when shotting jobs are being done.

Was a big diferente experience this second time , the guy at the front desk gave me wrong information about the price he was not sure about the cost I ask him about the cost to make sure if I can pay the amount from my pocket or use the insurance and Pay the deductible I don’t feel comfortable with him he had some attitude , he have to understand that we the customer don’t do this all the time and I think customer services is very important for me if everything starts good the rest is going to be good.The first time they wash the car and they make some marks so that way proof that I bought the car with the little spots around the car and show me, but this time they don’t do it . But the rest was fine I glad that you guys fix my car !! Thanks !! God bless you!!
