They were so kind to me and worked with my insurance and the rental car situation to make it as easy as they could. Awesome job on the repairs also. Beautiful job. Car looks like new. The air conditioning was fine. They changed the air condenser. Now it does not work in this heat. Had to bring the car back. It may be ready by tomorrow. It may be an air lock in the system, due to the hot weather it needs a simple flush, like with my old car. They did not seem to understand. Hoping they can fix it by tomorrow.

When we went to pick up our car, the right side mirror, the cover, was still chipped and scratched off. They tried to pass it off without us noticing but we made them order a new piece, which we are still waiting updates for.

It took to long to get my car back. I got to get it at 4:30 pm. Now I got to get a good look at the car and I see a couple of things. On the passenger side. You missed the pin striping and part of the inside handle. Those things need to be done right.

Communication needs to be better. Had the truck for 10 weeks made several calls for updates and only received or talked to someone above the secretary about 5 times. Was not informed there was a delay because of extensive damage. I wasn't asking for specific details just wanted to know the overview at that time. Was told twice by text going to paint and then put together. This is my issue if there is a delay say something. Some people may not care but others of us do. We had not even made our first payment.
