The staff and crew were very nice and helpful and informative. I know it takes time to figure out what needs be done, the parts to order and come in, and to get it fixed; especially when you are a busy business with other vehicles also having to tend to. I only called once to check on the progress. I wish more people would understand it takes time to get things done if you want it done right and not to keep bugging the employees on when its gonna get done. Im very happy with Gerber and I will definitely go to them again. Thank you .

If it wasn't for Debbie at the front desk my car would probably be there another 10 weeks. All this time I never received any company initiated correspondence or contact. I was given 6 completion dates with the first being 3 weeks from start and only got contacted because we called Debbie and she made things happen. I have to admit we got the car back in quality condition. The company owes her an atta girl. Beverly Meyer

What ever your guys used too wipe down the outside of the car must have been sandpaper , they should be more careful.
