I turned it in 6 April and got it back 23 July 2026. 1.5 months in I find out several part still have not come in. The est. was done 2 weeks prior to drop off. I feel there was lack of follow through. on several issues.

While the works seems to be fine their communication was truly lacking. I would get a call and a text saying it was almost complete and then jot hear anything. The next day I would call, just to find it was going to be another week or so. The Farm Bureau auto approval process to start the teardown didn't happen putting the process back 2 weeks. I truly wished I would have went with my gut and had it towed to Gerber in Rockford.
