Everyone is very friendly and nice. The repair took far too long. There was a communication breakdown between the shop and insurance company which delayed the repair. Upon returning home with my van, my husband quickly noticed the seem on the rear hatch was extremely crooked/warped. Either this repair was overlooked or the hatch was put back on crooked. He wasn't too happy about that and has called the insurance claim agent for advice on how to get it repaired.
