I was very satisfied with all my encounters with Ross. He was up front and honest about everything and did a great job to ensure customer satisfaction. However, I had a small hiccup in my repair when I dealt with Keith. He was not as friendly. There must have been a miscommunication about my insurance quote which caused a delay on my repair. It was very inconvenient because I had to extend my car rental and alter my plans. Ross was very apologetic about the inconvenience. Keith was not as a pleasure to deal with. If I ever have to come back, I will request to deal only with Ross.
