It took 2 weeks for a repair that should have taken a few hours. The estimator didn’t order the correct parts for the repair and then said that “we only get about 1% of the parts orders correct the first time” I was astounded that came out of her mouth. As a business owner I would reprimand that employee immediately. My collision occurred going 2mph and there should not have been any surprise damage. The repair is also not correct. The paint doesn’t match and the repair looks the best done incorrectly. It doesn’t match the other side of the truck

They had my vehicle for 2 weeks on a repair that should have taken a few hours to complete. When I got the vehicle back the repair was not done correctly. I have to take the vehicle back for them to fix it. Totally unacceptable for damage that was caused in a collision that happened going 2mph.
