Gerber was nothing but kind, reliable, and professional the entire time. They answered all my questions quickly and honestly. They helped me with my insurance company that was being difficult and helped with coordinate a rental car. I would give them an 11/10 if I could. Mouse and Emily were so helpful!

The people were really nice and the setup getting the rental car was fine. It’s just that I was told the repair would take about a week and it took almost 3 weeks. I got a message that 2 doors were ordered, both either damaged or not right for the fit. When the car was finally ready, there was a delay waiting on a painter to do a stripe which should have been previously arranged. I feel like my insurance needlessly coveted a rental car for about 10 extra days, also bc I had to make an out of town trip and then couldn’t pick up the car the day it was ready. Again, all the people were really nice, but I would likely use a different center if this happened again…let’s hope not!

Communication was excellent—the online portal was consistently updated at each step, which made everything easy to follow and stress-free. To top it all off, my car looks amazing—like the accident never even happened. They even cleaned it inside and out. Truly top-notch service from start to finish.
