There were significant delays in the delivery of my vehicle, and we were not provided with accurate or consistent information regarding the payment process for the service. From the beginning, it was clearly explained that we required the final total cost at the time the estimate was prepared, as we held no responsibility for the accident and the other party had agreed to cover 100% of the expenses. Despite this, even after receiving a second check that was supposed to reflect the full amount, we were later informed that an additional charge would be required for a “final calibration.” This lack of transparency and inconsistency in communication has caused unnecessary confusion and inconvenience.
