Alexis was outstanding with commucating to me about what was needed to get my car repaired, the progress of the repairs, what specificity was being done & if I had any question. Claire was always very helpful, pleasant & efficient. I appreciate that Joe took into concideration the full scope of what was needed & offered extras for any inconveniences to the time line. I can't imagine that I would go anywhere else for my car repair needs! KR

The whole process at Gerber Collision & Glass was great! I really appreciated everyone following up through the process my car was in the shop. Everything was quick and easy. I also really liked the status text updates. Everything overall was great, including the guys who worked on my car. The only issue I had was with the receptionist, I beleive her name is Claire- the 3 times I had to call to either return the call or simply for information she was extremely rude. I felt like she didn't want to help me or simply didn't want to be there. I would get responses like.. "What" "uhmmm ok" I work in the hospitality business- so I know how it works and I am not expecting Royal Service but atleast simple customer service- and I did not feel welcomed what so ever when she answered the phone. When I received the call that my car was ready I told her I would not be able to make it because by time I got off from work the shop would be closing.. she told me they would leave my car out with the keys in the fuel box. I thought it was a bit weird since I specifically told her I did not have a spare- by the time I arrived I couldnt get my keys out the fuel box; it was pouring rain and I couldnt get my car. Thankfully, some of your guys were locking up and were glad to help us out and get my keys out the fuel box. This was about a 30 minute process just to get my keys out the fuel box. My purpose is not to get any one in trouble here-- but to simply point out a few changes within customer service. Besides that everything else was great! I would recommend you guys to my friends.. and hopefully the receptionist can get better with her customer service! thank you

I WAS REALLY IMPRESSED WITH THE SERVICE, AND HOW EVERYTHING WAS EXPLAINED TO ME. MY VEHICLE WAS FINISHED IN A TIMELY MANNER AND COMPLETED WITH MY SATISFACTION. I WILL REFER ANYONE THAT NEEDS AUTO WORK TO THE GERBER CREW LOCATED ON NORTHWEST HWY.IN CHICAGO. THANKS AGAIN.
