very poor customer service, had to wait 6 days to even hear when my car will be repaired and ready for pick up, made three attempts before that and it took them 3 days to get back to me

Great job! Chris was awesomeche made me feel comfortable with understanding the process. They even cleaned the inside of my car. My accident didn't affect the inside at all. Great bonus!
