Caleb and co-workers showed just how much they are genuinely invested in the work they do. They clearly have a positive working relationship with insurance companies, suppliers, and their clients. They showed this relationship exhibits their ability to work in concert with insurance companies, suppers, and their clients. My insurance company clearly had a trusting relationship with Gerber. They informed me of this when I called to let them know that the guy who hit me had an insurance company that had a reputation for having clients whose license had been revoked. Gerber Collison &Glass respect for their work and their clients chooses to limit the insurance companies they work with; enabling them to provi high quality work. They have a reputation of providing excellent service that includes a honest relationship with all involved, trust, honesty, respect, transparency, keeping all involved updated, friendliness, clear explanations, and overall pride in what they do as well as pride in relationship with all involved. First of all, staff are excellent. they set you down and explain what they are going to do to your vehicle. While the vehicle is being worked on, they send emails to keep you up today. They contact you if they come across something unusual and need to put in a new part. Did I mention they are great? If not...they are great! I hope I don't have another problem soon, but if I do, this is where I will bring it.

They appear to have corrected all that was wrong. I don't have any way to determine if the sensors are working as they should, but in the 2 days I have had the car back all appears to be OK. They were good people to work with. They kept me updated throughout the repairs taking place. They completed the repair a day ahead of what they had anticipated.

Customer Service

I don't believe I would have got a better repair facility if I would have researched all that were available. They kept me in the repair loop via email daily. Great company to do business with.
