Left rear tail light was never repaired/replaced, only taken in & out to replace/repair left bumper & quarter panel. From what I have found out Gerber was not informed about it so that is why it wasn't done, which is understandable.

Very disappointed with the incompetence negligence and lack of required diligence that put me and my son’s life in danger last night! Driving back from the airport last night discovered that both new headlights were installed incorrectly so that I could not see the road beyond ten feet infromt of the car on low beam and 25 feet on high beam! The headlights were functional after the accident and now after thousands of dollars in repair costs with 2 new headlights are dysfunctional. We do not want the same mechanic that installed the headlights to repair them again!! Please request his name. We expected much better quality of service from your company!
