Every is incredibly professional and polite...I got weekly update texts which were super nice and kept me informed without me having to think about it and interrupt their time/work... Unfortunately we've been there a few times, but considering the situation it was a phenomenal experience!

Our original issue was fixed, but the day after we got the car back, it broke down on the highway. The brakes locked up, the oil pressure was having issues, and the car died. It wouldn’t start or crank over. We had none of these issues before we went to this shop. We have proof and documentation from a diagnostic test from Firestone prior to bringing the car in to get the bumper fixed. Now we are being told that you guys refuse to fix the issues. I am very unhappy with this service.
