I was 100% satisfied until I signed my paperwork and was told in a matter of fact way this is your ???, we straightened it. I'm sure by the dumb look on my face is what caused the next comment, "your frame". I know very little about vehicles but I do know a bent frame is a total loss. I know the integrity of vehicle is no longer good. Something this serious should have been brought to m y attention so that I could have the opportunity to hash that out with my insurance company.
