I will never go to any other body shop around here. Y’all are so professional like always. I’ve had work done here before with no problems. The last place insurance sent me to I’ll will never go again. You guys even buffed out the marks from towing the vehicle there. Thank y’all so much for going above and beyond.

I experienced some minor damage to my vehicle while backing into my driveway, while trying to avoid a truck parked perilously close to my driveway, and while backing up, I apparently scraped my car on the mailbox flanking the driveway. Not the worse case scenario, but enough to sport a noticeable "Oopsie" on the rear right passenger side of my vehicle. A neighbor recommended Gerber Collision & Glass just down the road from us, and thankfully my insurance company works with these folks. From the moment I engaged with them (speaking to a very friendly and informed lady who answered my call (Deana) who explained how their process works, to dropping off my car and receiving a very detailed explanation to next steps moving forward from Matt, I felt quite confident Gerber Collision would be able to address the damage to my car. I was especially pleased they were able to arrange for Enterprise to shuttle me over to their location to pick up my rental while my car was being worked on (*Bonus, I was able to drop off the rental at Gerber Collision when I picked up my car when the work was done. They not only exceeded my expectations in completing the job sooner than anticipated, but went above & beyond to perform the work to exacting standards, literally like I just drove it off the lot the day I bought it. I can't say enough about how pleased I am with dealing with Gerber Collision & Glass, and Matt Yensan in particular, and Deana at the front desk, who took the time to explain in detail and answered all my questions. These are some incredibly fine, professional folks to deal with that take pride in their workmanship, provide detailed, timely updates on the work being performed, and truly care about providing an exceptional customer service experience. I highly recommend Gerber Collision & Glass should the need arise, & while I hope I never have the need to visit them again, if by chance or fate I must, I know I'll be in great hands, and treated well.
