I can still see the impact impression in my rear bumper. I believe the rear bumper should have been replaced instead of trying to use paint to conceal the damage. Nice paint job though. And, superb customer service.

It took about 3 weeks in total, and still isn't completed. There was an obvious misunderstanding from start. During the first walk around I explained what happened and left with the understanding of being understood. However my front fender was only push back in place, with brackets still broken. I paid my deductible, and left with my vehicle very unsatisfied.

After the initial walk around I left with the understanding of being understood. Instead, when picking up my vehicle 3 weeks later, the work was half done with my front fender brackets still broken and just pushed back in place.

The same woman that I did the initial walk around with, said after the fact that she didn't recall my front fender being a part of it. That came off as unauthentic to me. And when reaching back out to the claims department she basically covered her self and company by saying that she didn't acknowledge it from start, like I wasn't the one she did the walk around with.
