Repairs were good but paint was left on front of my bumper. The lady at Gerber said “that was the best they could do”. I took the car somewhere else and they were get the paint stain off without much trouble. I would have given you a 10 if I didn’t have to deal with paint stain.

Gerber has been my go to for body repair since being recommended by USAA. This repair was out of pocket for some damage from off-roading. Service was excellent as usual and I was kept up to date on the repair every couple of days. Gerber will continue to be my go to shop!

I’ve gotten my car worked on a couple times here. This is the first time I had to pay out-of-pocket for a repair and was very surprised at the affordability compared to other companies estimates. The staff was super nice as always and my repairs were done within 30 minutes!

I was never informed or asked about the damage or repairs. When I picked up my vehicle no one went over what was done. Just handed a key. And my service engine light is now on and the driver side headlight is not positioned properly.
